Before prescribing medication, our psychiatrists will ensure that all parties involved with the patient’s care understand and agree on the specific medications being recommended. It will be upon the doctor’s discretion to decide the right medication and dosage and to monitor the patient’s progress through follow up appointments. The length and frequency of follow up appointments would depend upon individual needs and medical necessity.
