About Jacob Feldman, M.D.

Dr. Feldman’s passion for working with children and understanding human cognition began early in life, volunteering throughout high school freshman. After graduation, he worked as an ABA therapist and later as a Research Associate at the Yale University Child Study Center, further developing his skills in working with children with developmental disabilities.

Dr. Feldman earned his medical degree (M.D.) at New York Medical College and completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency at Mount Sinai Morningside and West in New York City. During his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center, he served as Chief Fellow, where he led initiatives such as developing a clinical toolkit for clozapine use and delivering lectures and Grand Rounds.

As a double-board-certified psychiatrist, Dr. Feldman is licensed by the California Medical Board and provides evidence-based, multidisciplinary care at Mind Study Center. He is committed to shared decision-making and integrating all aspects of an individual’s life and values into the treatment plan.
