Mind Study Center offers psychiatry and psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults throughout California. While our main office is located in Pasadena, our psychiatrists and therapists provide telehealth services via video and phone, making high-quality care accessible from the comfort of your home.
After setting up your first appointment, you will receive an invitation via email to register for our patient portal, which will allow you to fill out all the necessary forms to help get you started. If your child is the identified patient, it is recommended that both parents and/or guardians are present at the initial intake. Once you become a patient with us, you can visit the patient portal to connect with our office and access relevant materials related to your care. The features in this portal allow you to: message your doctor or therapist; access clinic information, policies, and forms; access superbills and statements; make payments; update your demographic information. Although it lists that you can make appointments through the portal, the feature has been disabled, and you will need to contact our office in order to schedule a visit with the clinicians.
